For most CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, Contentful), setup takes less than one hour. Our guided onboarding wizard walks you through connecting your CMS, configuring your recommendation widgets, and setting up your first email template. Your dedicated onboarding specialist will be available via video call to assist if you have any questions. Custom API integrations may take 1–3 business days depending on your infrastructure.

NexusPulse has native integrations with WordPress (including WP VIP), Drupal, Contentful, Brightspot, and Arc Publishing. We also provide a comprehensive REST API and webhook system that can connect to any custom CMS or content database. Our engineering team is available to assist with custom integrations as part of our Enterprise plan. New native integrations are added regularly — check our changelog for the latest updates.

Yes — Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Privacy Act) and Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) compliance is a fundamental part of how NexusPulse is designed, not an add-on. All reader data is stored in the AWS Sydney region (ap-southeast-2). We do not sell or share reader data with third parties. Our platform includes built-in consent management tools, data deletion capabilities, and privacy-by-design architecture. We also comply with the Spam Act 2003 for all email functionality. For Enterprise customers, we can provide a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and assist with your own privacy obligations.

Yes, you can cancel your monthly subscription at any time with no cancellation fees. Your service will continue until the end of your current billing period. For annual plans, cancellations take effect at the end of the annual term — we do not offer pro-rata refunds on annual plans, but you can downgrade to a monthly plan at renewal time. To cancel, simply visit your account settings or contact our support team at [email protected].

Upon cancellation, you have 30 days to export all your data (reader profiles, analytics reports, email campaign data, and configuration settings) via our self-service data export tool. After 30 days, all your data is permanently and securely deleted from our systems in accordance with our data retention policy. We can provide a certificate of deletion for Enterprise customers upon request. We will never hold your data hostage or make it difficult to leave.

Yes. NexusPulse offers a 40% discount on all paid plans for registered Australian charities, not-for-profit news organisations, and public interest journalism outlets. Your 14-day trial gives you full access to all features of your chosen plan — including recommendations, email automation, analytics, and A/B testing on Growth and above. No credit card is required to start. At the end of your trial, you'll be prompted to enter payment details to continue. If you don't enter payment details, your account will automatically downgrade to the Free tier (not cancelled entirely), so you never lose access to your account or data.

Growth plan Advanced Analytics includes: real-time dashboards with 90-day historical data, full cohort analysis (segment by any audience attribute), per-subscriber engagement scores (updated daily), churn prediction model with at-risk subscriber alerts, content performance analysis (by author, topic, format, and publication time), email campaign performance reports with click-maps, and CSV/JSON data exports. Starter plan includes standard dashboards with 30-day history and basic engagement metrics.
